Why TipRound exists
I've spent years playing pubs around Ireland, and I've lost count of the times someone has come over and said, "Fair play lads," "Great gig," or asked what the band was called.
Quite often, someone would offer to buy us a pint as a way of saying thanks. And while it was always genuinely appreciated, when you're driving home or heading off to the next gig, that pint isn't much use.
It got me thinking — there had to be a better way for people to show their appreciation, one that actually meant something to the musician.
So I built TipRound — a simple way for people to support the musicians they enjoy, right there at the gig.
